Terms governing use of the Atlas Framework website, documentation, and access requests.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using this website (including docs, tutorials, news, and forms), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site provides:

  • Marketing and product information about Atlas Framework
  • Documentation and tutorials
  • Access request intake
  • Status, compare, showcase, and related pages

Browsing this site does not grant a software license. Framework use requires a separate commercial license under the Software License summary and any written agreement we issue.

3. Access requests & pricing

  • Atlas is proprietary and distributed under controlled commercial terms
  • Submitting /access does not guarantee approval
  • We may accept, reject, or request more information at our discretion
  • Public list prices are coming soon / not published yet. Until then, any commercial terms are by quote after review
  • There is no self-serve checkout on this site at this time

4. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Attack, scrape abusively, overload, or disrupt the site or its APIs
  • Bypass rate limits, auth, or access controls
  • Misrepresent your identity, server, or authority when requesting access
  • Upload malware or attempt to exploit the form / endpoints
  • Use automated bots to spam access requests
  • Redistribute leaked builds, keys, or private materials obtained unlawfully
  • Imply endorsement or partnership without our written permission

We may block IPs, discard submissions, or pursue legal remedies for abuse.

5. Intellectual property

  • Site design, branding (including Atlas leaf language), copy, and documentation are owned by Atlas or its licensors
  • You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts for commentary with attribution
  • You may not copy the site wholesale, mirror docs as a competing product, or reuse brand assets as your own product identity without permission
  • Framework source and binaries are governed by the Software License, not these website Terms alone

6. Third-party services

The site may link to Discord, Cfx.re, hosting providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

7. Disclaimer

THE SITE, DOCS, AND TUTORIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You remain responsible for your FiveM server, compliance with Rockstar / Cfx.re terms, backups, and production safety.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for website services in the prior 12 months (if any) — whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, false access submissions, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms by updating this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced via /news or Discord.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or discard pending requests if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimer, liability, indemnity) will survive.

12. Governing law

Unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Atlas operating entity as designated in your license paperwork. Venue for disputes will be as specified in that paperwork; for website-only disputes without a license, courts with competent jurisdiction over the operator apply.
