How Atlas Framework collects, uses, and protects information on this website and in access requests.
Last updated: 2026-07-22
Controller: Atlas Framework (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”)
Contact: Discord community linked on this site · Access form at /access
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- This marketing, documentation, and tutorials website
- The /access request form and related review workflow
- Optional analytics and Discord notifications we configure
It does not cover third-party sites (Discord, Cfx.re, hosting dashboards) once you leave our pages. Their policies apply there.
2. Information we collect
2.1 You provide
When you submit an access request or contact us, we may receive:
- Name or handle
- Discord tag / identifier
- Approximate server size or city type
- Free-text message about your project
- Any other details you choose to include
2.2 Collected automatically
- Standard server / CDN logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs)
- Optional anonymous product analytics (page views, CTA clicks such as Access or Discord) if an analytics endpoint is enabled — no advertising profiles, no sale of data
2.3 We do not intentionally collect
- Payment card data on this site (public checkout is not live; pricing is coming soon)
- Government IDs through the public form
- Special-category data — please do not send it in the form
3. How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to commercial access / license requests
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and documentation
- Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized scraping
- Communicate with you on Discord or other channels you provided
- Meet legal obligations if required
Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply): legitimate interests (site security, product ops), contract steps (access evaluation), and consent where you voluntarily submit the form.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data with:
- Hosting / CDN providers that run this site (e.g. Vercel or equivalent)
- Discord — if you join our server, or if we forward access notices via a webhook you effectively opt into by submitting the form
- Analytics processor — only if we enable a configured endpoint
- Professional advisors / authorities — only if legally required
5. Retention
- Access submissions: kept only as long as needed to evaluate, support distribution, or resolve disputes; then deleted or minimized
- Server logs: per host provider defaults (typically short rolling windows)
- Analytics events: aggregated or short retention if enabled
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access-controlled hosting, and least-privilege practices for ops tooling. No method of transmission is 100% secure; do not send secrets (license keys, passwords, database strings) through the public form.
7. International transfers
If you access the site from outside the hosting region, your data may be processed in the provider’s regions. We choose reputable processors and minimize what we store.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent for voluntary submissions. Contact us via Discord or /access with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify the request.
9. Children
This site is aimed at adult server operators and developers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted in /news or Discord.
